Recovery figures

Recovery amounts, bill reductions, payout figures and totals shown anywhere on this site are illustrative of amounts the fund has processed. They are not a promise, a projection or a guarantee of what you will recover, and they are not an estimate of your own claim. What any individual recovers depends on their own carrier, their billing history, how long the account has been open, what is actually on the account, and what the provider does when the claim is put to it. Many claimants recover nothing.

Not employment, and not a service you are hired for

The Telecommunications Compensation Fund does not offer employment. Opening a claim is not a job, nothing on this site is an offer of work, and no payment is a wage. A claimant is not an employee, a contractor or an agent of the fund.

No guarantee that a claim will be paid

Opening a claim does not mean you are owed anything. A claim may be reviewed and come back with nothing, and often does, because there was nothing on the account to recover. Whether a claim is supported, what it is worth, and whether a provider pays it are outside the fund’s control, and nothing on this site promises an outcome or a date.

The $19 charge

The $19 charged at sign-up is a one-time claim verification fee paid to the Telecommunications Compensation Fund. The list price of claim verification is $99; the $19 rate is applied at checkout. It is not a deposit, it is not a payment toward anything you recover, and paying it does not entitle you to a payout or to any particular amount. It is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Where claims come from

Claims reviewed by the fund are brought by the claimant about their own telecom account. The fund reviews what the claimant reports, pursues what is supported with the provider, and is paid the verification fee and any optional upgrades the claimant chooses. Reviewing or pursuing a claim against a provider is not a statement that the provider did anything unlawful.

Affiliate relationships

This site may receive compensation for products or services it recommends. That compensation never changes the price you pay.

No government, carrier or regulator affiliation

The Telecommunications Compensation Fund is a private company. It is not a government agency, not a government program, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any federal, state or local government entity. It is also not a telecom carrier and not a regulator, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any carrier or regulator. No carrier, regulator or government body has authorised, reviewed or approved this site or anything offered on it.

Not legal advice

The fund is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, no attorney-client relationship is created, and the fund does not represent anyone in court.

Testimonials

Any claimant comments shown are individual experiences. They are not typical and should not be taken as what you will experience.
